Lovely easel, terrible instructions, and only £81.00 on Amazon!

I Needed it more than I realized

I saw an artist on tiktok turn his easel into a table top work horse. It was EXACTLY what I needed an easel to do. Only my draft table does that and it’s a glass top, so definitely not suitable for a 7ft canvas. After some digging through his comments he name dropped. It was a MEEDEN. I ordered immediately. Waited impatiently, assembled at midnight half asleep- for future reference be wide awake assembling.
Anyways, I currently have a 54” X 54” canvas I made on the table top of this easel painting my grounds on it. I will order one more so I can use them together for larger works, that it is holding a canvas this size standalone is impressive.

I love my easel just wish it had wheels on it.

I like the way it

I like the way it folds up completely flat.

I love this easel. I paint with watercolors and mostly paint relatively small works, but do paint on 24 x 32 inch full sheets. Until now I've had to tape the paper to a board, then paint on an ottoman or the dining room table, or just balance it precariously somewhere.

This easel lets me work at any angle, and also allows me to pull up a chair and paint comfortably. And when I need to paint wet on wet, I can tip it to be flat.

My only issue was the assembly instructions that had me building it inside out and backward. I took it step by step and eventually got it put together correctly.
