Although I had questions I was assured by Meeden that an 11x14 would lock in with the bottom and upper holders I purchased with confidence. Upon receiving the easel it does not hold an 11x14 horizontal. Meeden for some reason thought I meant vertically which it does hold that way,but I needed it horizontal. I just want others to know since I could not find the answer out until I got it in my hands. The easel is beautify made and the metal drawer is a plus to store brushes in. It will also make a good display piece for some artwork to sit on at a booth at an art show. Looking forward to using it at my workshop.

Bought as a present so not been used yet. First impressions though are that this is of great quality with some features that make it stand out from the rest - in particular the ability to hold larger canvases on the edge of a table.

I bought one of these for taking to my local painting group as I had found it uncomfortable working from a table with a normal box easel but with this one the bottom of the easel can be lowered- even below the table’s edge to manoeuvre the painting around to the correct height. The sturdy metal draw also has lots of room for my acrylic paint tubes so I just have brushes to take separately in a roll. I loved it so much I bought another for my oil paint set up. Easy to set up and put away. Highly recommended!

Good quality easel and exactly what I needed to hold up to an A1 size canvas panel board. The side opening drawer is easily accessible and adds weight to the base to help make the easel very stable. Very good value for the money.
Excellent communication from Meeden. I was very quickly notified that there would be a wait of a few weeks for new stock to arrive before my easel was sent to me. I was given the options of wait refund or alternative purchase. I chose to wait and am very glad that I did.
