I'm very pleased with this easel! This is my first floor easel and it is much higher quality than I was expecting for the price. It holds art pieces steady, I love the customized height options and the little storage tray is very useful!
I would definitely buy again, but I hope not to need to do so.

I found exactly what I was seeking: sturdy high quality easel that supported large canvases. Canvas height and angle are easily adjusted and the easel is easily moved to catch the light. The image based instructions are excellent but you must pay attention to the image details or you will initially assemble pieces backwards or upside down. The pieces with brackets require strength to secure the screws in the wood. While two types of screwdrivers are included using your own heavier Phillips Head screwdriver helps. As the assembly progresses more parts are joined and moving them around requires a bit of strength. Be patient with the process and consider enlisting the help of someone who is naturally good at assembling products.

I love that it doesn't take up a lot of space. My previous easel would fold out into a tripod situation took up quite a bit of space and this one is just so much cleaner.
I'm 5'7" and in this photo the top of the canvas is at my height. It could of course go higher or lower.

Adjusts very easily. Sturdy and feels nice and heavy at the base. If you are debating getting it with or without wheels GET THE WHEELS. I swivel it around constantly.

Excellent value. I replaced a rickety, metal easel that was a pain at times and could not accommodate larger canvasses like this Meeden H-Frame does for me. Was easy to assemble, too.

The most glaring issue with this easel is that there is no adjustable brace for the mast and shelf/storage. The wobble is approximately a quarter to three-eighths of an inch which becomes annoying when trying to paint detail. Other easel brands of like design utilize a mast brace in the center to solve the problem. I’ve tried to contact customer service by email and have yet to receive an answer. Presently, I use hobby clamps that rest in the groove to stabilize the shelf or canvas rest area. Because of the poor customer service I would recommend looking at other brands.

I love this easel, it was easy to assemble and I use it every day.

This was a gift for a family member. They love it, and use it daily.

Amazing quality easy to assemble

My daughter loves this easel. I don't do much painting now A' days but I can tell when putting this together the material was top notch and assembly was quick and easy. Also, Customer service is outstanding, I had an issue with my order they quickly resolved the issue and very responsive through the whole process

Great sturdy easel!

Assembly was straightforward but maybe needed a few more details - I installed one piece backwards that fit just fine that way.
I did have to modify the latch and notch strip; The brass notch strip sat too low in the slot and the latch couldn't reach them allowing the tray to fall. I found a piece of plastic about 1/16" thick to put in the slot under the notch strip forcing it closer to the top so the latch caught the notches better. The latch was slightly off center as well hitting the sides of the slot. I enlarged the screw holes to allow some adjustment to better center it. A slight modification in your CNC machines should fix both those problems.
Overall the machining and finish are beautiful everything (other than those I mentioned) fit well and it's very sturdy. Will work great.

The assembly is challenging but rewarding if you do it with your wife

The general complaints I have read from others is the same I have. The assembling of this product does take more than 2 hours to complete. I understand why the instructions are in picture form because of the worldwide appeal of this product. It would be impossible to include written instructions in every language. If the instructions were printed in a large 8x 10 inches format the pictures would be clearer to use.
The finish product is quality workmanship. Th end result is excellent invest and value. I can recommend it.

Overall decent product packaging is decent however one section the wood is has a small split it doesn��t affect the functionality so I didn��t return it but was still a little disappointed because it would��ve been a great buy otherwise

I am enjoying using it.

It took me a little longer than average to assemble mostly due to mild dyslexia. But the directions were good and I am thrilled with the quality.

I love my easel. straight forward instructions and all the parts were labeled so easy to assemble. works well. adjust well. I'm 5'6" and I wish it could adjust to 3 inches taller but not a big deal. I put a piece of wood under the canvas to elevate it. no heavy so easy to move.

I rarely write reviews but for this easel I wanted to share how pleasantly I was surprised by the quality of wood. It took me 30 minutes to assemble and clear instruction manual was included.
I highly recommend.
